Hello, thanks for your job – its really great!!

But i’ve a question:

I have 2 groups in my website
1. All – they can see only news and some pages
2. Security – they can see news, all pages and “security category”
I’d like make something for hiding news category from security group, how can I do this?

ich habe nach den Stichworten “nextgen” und “uam” gegoogelt und bin hier gelandet. Aus den Kommentaren entnehme ich, daß Ihr noch keine “fertige” Lösung für UAM-geschützte NextGen-Gallerien erfunden habt. Da es für mich indiskutabel ist, meine privaten Fotos ungeschützt irgendwo abzulegen, habe ich einen Patch für NextGen gestrickt. Leider mit ein paar Nachteilen. And can you then open the posts?
Do you maybe have the settings such that titles are not hiden, just content?

I have noticed something that is not handled by your plugin.

When searching on a blog, when no hit is diplayed, WordPress displays a collection of new posts. This list includes both titles and links to posts which should not be public visible.

Hallo Alex,

zunächst vielen Dank für das sehr nützliche Plug-in. Es ist schon erstaunlich, wie wenig Plug-ins es in dieser Richtung gibt, es scheinen sich alle eher Sorgen um ihren Suchmaschinen Rang o.ä. zu machen.

Mit meiner Migration von WP 2.7.1 auf 2.8.1 macht der UAM einen Fehler, und zwar fügt er jeder HTML Seite eine 1 (Eins) als erstes Zeichen hinzu! Zumindest ist es eine Vermutung, da mit Deaktivierung des Plug-ins die 1 weg ist. Auf meiner Seite ist dies zu sehen.

ich habe die aktuelle version des UAM in WP 2.8.1de installiert und bekomme immer eine fehlermeldung / hinweis mit “1″ über dem layout:

kannst du damit was anfangen, was funktioniert da nicht?

I think this is a great plugin and really something I will need to use on my site.
I am using the newest WP 2.8 but I have an issue with the plugin unfortunately.
When I login as admin I can do all the settings and changes and can edit any page I like.
I have setup a user “Test user” to try thing out. I gave him rights just to edit a couple pages.
Logged out as Admin and logged in as “Test User”. When editing one of his pages he has access to and trying to save the page I get the following error:

This only happens when I am logged in as “Test user” and not as Admin.
Any ideas what could be wrong. I really hope su much to get this working
